Room Hire
Yoakley House has its own fully equipped Training Annexe built in 2008, to coincide with the Charity’s 300th anniversary celebrations. As well as being used for our own staff, the training annexe is self contained and available for hire by other organisations. Those who attend courses or meetings here appreciate the air conditioned room with full facilities, the beautiful surroundings, and on-site parking.
The Charity recognises that its continued success in the care field is dependent on a happy, competent, suitably qualified staff team. Regular training helps to ensure this is maintained. The training annexe and the qualifications of its own Care Manager has meant that the Charity can now comfortably deliver most of the essential training required by its own staff and also to staff from other local homes who wish to join us.
