The Charity is proud to have provided accommodation for the older person in beautiful surroundings for over 300 years.
Yoakley House Residential Care Home was built in 1980. The aim was to provide full personal care for almshouse residents who needed it.
In 2009 a further extension was added to Yoakley House to create 5 new en-suite rooms. These provide short term care for those who normally manage at home.
In 2008, to coincide with the Charity’s 300th anniversary celebrations, an extension was built to Yoakley House to provide a fully equipped Training Annexe.
